Single-page lead-generation site for a Tel Aviv renovation firm — service sections, WebP portfolio gallery, sticky mobile CTA, and Airtable-integrated lead capture with Google Tag Manager conversion tracking.

Overview

Client

RenoVit — boutique renovation and interior design firm serving the Tel Aviv metropolitan area

Problem

A dated website with no clear service hierarchy, weak CTAs, and no lead capture mechanism. Inbound inquiries came only through referrals — the site was not converting organic visitors.

Scope

Single-page landing site: service sections, portfolio gallery, trust signals, and lead capture form integrated with CRM.

Challenge

  • Visitors could not determine within 5 seconds what the firm offered or who it served — bounce rate was high
  • No structured way to capture leads outside business hours — calls-only contact model lost night-time inquiries
  • Portfolio images were uncompressed and served from a shared host — page load exceeded 6 seconds on mobile
  • No social proof visible above the fold — trust had to be built entirely through copy

Solution

Architecture Decisions

Single-page WordPress site with Elementor Pro. Clear above-fold value proposition and service grid. Sticky CTA bar on mobile. Optimized WebP gallery with lazy loading and Cloudflare CDN.

Custom Logic

  • Lead capture form with instant Airtable write and email notification to the sales team
  • Image gallery with category filter (kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms) — no page reload
  • Sticky mobile CTA bar that appears after 50% scroll depth to capture engaged visitors

Integrations

  • Airtable for real-time lead storage and tagging by service interest
  • Cloudflare CDN for image delivery and DDoS resilience
  • Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking (form submit → GA4 event)

Impact

  • Page load time reduced from 6.2s to 1.8s on mobile after WebP conversion and CDN implementation
  • Lead form replaced calls-only model — firm now captures inquiries 24/7 without staff involvement
  • Bounce rate dropped as visitors identified service offering within seconds of landing
  • Gallery filter enabled portfolio browsing by room type — increased average session duration
